My favorite stories in the pages of the magazine are our food features. Instead of preaching about the health dangers of certain types of diets or profiling that healthy foods taste, well, healthy, we have always looked at food through a lens that is modern and mouth-wateringly delicious.
So when we decided to create our first cookbook “Naturally, Delicious: 100 Recipes for Healthy Eats that Make you Happy” (Pam Krauss Books), we knew partnering with the Natural Gourmet Institute was a foolproof strategy. They have helped us create many stories that demonstrate that healthy eating can be fun, easy and utterly yummy.
But we also knew there is a plethora of cookbooks out there, not to mention Pinterest boards and websites that you can scour for recipes. So we challenged ourselves to invent new techniques, ideas and flavor profiles you won’t find anywhere else. What you’ll find in “Naturally, Delicious” are 100+ foolproof recipes to make at home. Each one is gorgeously photographed so you can see exactly what the finished recipe looks like.
Every recipe is a favorite recipe and I’m particularly proud of this book. I love it and I hope you will love it, too.
